About Non-Refundable bookings: the rate is not refundable in any way and will be credited within 24 hours to the credit card requested at the time of booking.

About Free Cancellation bookings: the customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If he cancels within 7 days before Check-in, the customer will pay the 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation on the day of Check-in or/and No-Show, the customer will pay 100% of the total.
Credit card to guarantee the reservation.
The final amount will be requested at the Check-in and may be payed by cash or credit/debit card.
